RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At pupp st., we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently, offering both standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that pupp st. is not liable for any misplaced or stolen packages. If the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to, and your tracking number reads as successfully delivered, we are not held responsible if your package has been misplaced. Stolen or lost packages are non-refundable.
Although it is your responsibility to track and make sure to receive your orders, we will do our best to send email updates once the package is out for delivery and once it has been delivered.
Returns can be made for unworn or undamaged items within 14 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at help@puppst.com with your order number and details of the product you wish to return. Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags attached. Refunds will be processed once the returned items have been received and inspected within 5 days of receipt of the item. STOLEN OR MISPLACED PACKAGE
Please note that pupp st. is not liable for any misplaced or stolen packages. If the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to, and your tracking number reads as successfully delivered, we are not held responsible if your package has been misplaced.
Stolen or lost packages are non-refundable. Once your items have shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a delivery estimate and tracking information. While it is your responsibility to ensure you receive your package, we aim to assist by sending reminders: one when your package is out for delivery and another when it has been delivered.

DELAYED DELIVERY
Although we try our best to send you a tracking with an estimated date of arrival, sometimes our carriers encounter problems along the way that delay your orders. Sometimes delays take 1-2 business days. If your tracking isn’t updating, please email us at help@puppst.com
RETURNS
Returns can be made for unworn or undamaged items within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at help@puppst.com with your order number and details of the product you wish to return.
Refunds will be processed between 1-5 business days upon receipt of the returned items. Please note that the returned items will undergo a return eligibility inspection and approval. Any shipping fees related to the return will be deducted from your refund. We do not accept returns on sale items and gift cards. Also note that if your item does not pass our checks, you will be notified via email and it will be sent back to you at your cost.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders may be canceled free of return charges within 24 hours of purchase or before the next shipping day. If you need to correct any details such as size, quantity, or address, please cancel the order within our website within 24 hours of ordering. You may also contact us at help@puppst.com as soon as possible if you need assistance. Once the 24-hour window has passed or the order has been processed for shipping, cancellations are no longer possible.
Orders canceled after this period will need to be received by you and returned to us within 14 days of receipt of product. Any items not returned to us even when canceled will be charged and not be refunded. For any issues relating to cancellation please contact us at help@puppst.com
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Items are no longer returnable after 15 days of purchase as discussed in the Returns section above.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you receive your desired item is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know within 1-5 business days if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
