OUR STORY
pupp st. was born from necessity, a love for street style, and a promise to give back. As three women living in California, our dogs were our world. When one of us lost her pup to illness, we vowed to honor its memory. Moving to NYC brought challenges—small spaces, long walks, and rainy days that made walks feel like a chore. Uninspired by existing dog raincoats, we set out to create something better.

While big fashion brands expand into pet wear, pets often feel like an afterthought. At pupp st., we see pet fashion as a norm, giving dogs their own space and identity. Where are the products shipped from?

Why can’t I buy from my country?
We currently ship across the contiguous United States and are actively working on expanding our international shipping options. Stay tuned!
ORDERS
When will I receive my order?
We process and ship your order within 1-2 business days after it's received. USPS Ground shipping typically takes 2-5 business days to arrive at your doorstep. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information via email to keep you updated. We may ship with UPS or FedEx.
I would like to cancel my order
Orders could be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, please email us at help@puppst.com. Once the 24 hour limit has passed, we won’t be able to cancel it and it will have to be returned.
How can I return an item?
You may return within 14 days of purchase if product is unworn, undamaged and still contains the tag and original packaging, please send an email to help@puppst.com for further instructions regarding your return.
I changed my mind and want an exchange
Please contact help@puppst.com so you could return the item and we will ship out the exchanged item for you once we receive the returned product.
